Google Review Request Setup for Local Businesses
In short: The most reliable way to get more Google reviews is to ask every happy customer, right after the job, with a direct link to your review page. We automate that ask by text and email using your CRM, field service app or a review tool, so it happens every time without you remembering.
How it works
- We find your Google Business Profile's direct review link.
- We write a short, friendly request text and email in your voice.
- The request goes out automatically when a job is marked complete or an invoice is paid.
- A reminder goes to anyone who hasn't left a review yet, and new reviews get replies.
What we use
- Your existing CRM or field service app, if it has review requests built in, so you don't pay for another tool.
- HighLevel, which includes reputation management in its core features.
- Dedicated review tools listed in Reviews & Reputation.

FAQ
Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes. Asking is fine. Google's policies prohibit offering incentives for reviews and selectively asking only happy customers ("review gating"), so we set up requests that go to every customer.
Text or email?
Both work. Texts usually get seen faster. We typically set up a text with an email backup.
Do I need a separate review tool?
Often not. Many CRMs and field service apps already include review requests. We check what you have before adding anything.
