Direct-Booking Website for Airbnb Hosts
In short: A 3–5 page website for your rental, for $299 one-time, where guests can book with you directly. Booking runs through your own Hospitable Direct or Lodgify account, so availability and prices stay in sync with your other channels. Software, booking fees and your domain are paid to those providers.
Why hosts are asking for this
PriceLabs' Global Host Report 2026 surveyed 1,203 hosts across 72 countries, each managing one to four short-term rental listings. On direct booking sites, it says: "33% plan to spend more, which makes it the top investment category for the second consecutive year, ahead of smart home technology at 23% and market data at 21%." (Report PDF, page 14.)
A direct site gives guests who already know you, and people who look up your property by name, a way to book with you. It doesn't replace Airbnb.
What you get
Direct-booking website for hosts (3–5 pages)

Prices in USD. Not included: your Hospitable or Lodgify subscription, booking and payment fees, and your domain. You pay those to the provider directly.
How it works
- A short call about your property, your guests and the questions they ask most.
- You pick the booking tool, or keep the one you already use. You open the account in your own name.
- We draft the pages and the guest FAQ, then you review the text and photos.
- We connect booking, your domain and, if you have one, your Google Business Profile. Then we set the page titles, descriptions and schema.
- We test a booking flow with you before the site goes live.
The booking tools
The two "Try" links below are affiliate links. If you sign up through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. How we make money.
Hospitable Direct
Hospitable can build a booking site for you, or you can embed its booking widget on your own website (Hospitable help center). It says Direct is included on its Professional and Mogul plans (source). Its direct booking page lists two options: Direct Basic at 1%, or Direct Premium at 3% host plus 4% guest, which adds guest screening and damage protection.

Lodgify
Lodgify's pricing page lists a no-code website builder and booking widget on its Starter plan and up, and says it doesn't take a commission on bookings. It also says you can embed the booking widget on an existing website and try it free for 7 days with no credit card required. Prices vary with your number of properties.

Before you take direct bookings
A booking site means you handle what the booking platform used to handle, so plan for it: payments, cancellation and house rules, guest screening, messages and taxes. Local short-term rental rules still apply. In Lancaster County, see our short-term rental rules guide. This isn't legal advice.
FAQ
How much does a direct-booking website cost?
Our package is $299 one-time for a 3–5 page site. Your booking software subscription, any booking or payment fees, and your domain are separate and paid to those providers directly.
Do I need Hospitable or Lodgify?
You need a booking tool to take payments and keep your calendar in sync. We set up the site with either Hospitable Direct or Lodgify, in your own account. If you already use one of them, we build around it.
Hospitable or Lodgify: which should I pick?
Hospitable says Direct is included on its Professional and Mogul plans, with a 1% fee on Direct Basic or 3% host plus 4% guest on Direct Premium, which adds guest screening and damage protection. Lodgify says it takes no commission on bookings, and its Starter plan and up include the website builder and booking widget. Check both pricing pages for your number of listings.
Will I stop getting Airbnb bookings?
No. A direct site sits alongside Airbnb and your other channels. In PriceLabs' 2026 Global Host Report, every host with a direct booking site still listed on at least one booking platform.
Can you promise direct bookings?
No. Nobody can honestly promise bookings. The site gives returning guests and people who search your property's name a way to book with you. How many book direct depends on your guests, your marketing and your market.
Does taking direct bookings change local rules or taxes?
No. Local short-term rental permits, rules and lodging taxes still apply. Check with your township or city. For Lancaster County, see our short-term rental rules guide. This isn't legal advice.
